1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clinically Ready (the "Service"), available at www.clinicallyready.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clinically Ready, operated by Celeste Singh, BSN, RN ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Orlando, Florida.
2. Description of Service
Clinically Ready is an AI-powered study platform designed for nursing students preparing for the NCLEX-RN examination. The Service includes:
- NCLEX-style practice questions with detailed rationales
- An AI tutor covering nursing topics
- A drug reference database
- Adaptive difficulty and performance tracking
- Personalized study plan generation
3. Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Guest Access
You may use limited features as a guest without creating an account. Guest data may not be preserved across sessions.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at celestesingh2025@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free Plan
The free plan provides access to a limited number of practice questions per day, basic AI tutor interactions, and limited drug reference lookups. Free plan features may change at our discretion.
Clinically Ready Pro (Paid Subscription)
Clinically Ready Pro unlocks unlimited access to all features, including the full question bank, unlimited AI tutor sessions, complete drug reference, and advanced analytics. Subscription options:
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Annual: $79.99 per year (save 33%)
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect on their next billing cycle.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your most recent charge at celestesingh2025@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full or partial refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any content from Clinically Ready, including questions, rationales, or AI tutor responses
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Clinically Ready — including questions, rationales, AI tutor responses, drug reference data, designs, logos, and code — is owned by Clinically Ready and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
9. Educational Disclaimer
Clinically Ready is a study aid and educational tool. It is NOT a substitute for formal nursing education, clinical training, or professional medical advice.
- Our content is designed to supplement your nursing education and help you prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination.
- We do not guarantee that using Clinically Ready will result in passing the NCLEX or any other examination.
- The drug reference is for educational purposes only and should not be used for clinical decision-making or patient care.
- Always consult your nursing program, clinical instructors, and authoritative sources (e.g., NCSBN) for definitive exam and clinical guidance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinically Ready and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or study progress
- Inability to access the Service
- Exam outcomes or academic performance
- Any errors or inaccuracies in content
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We strive to keep Clinically Ready available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption or downtime.
12. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Your study data may be deleted within 30 days
- Any active subscription will be cancelled (no refund for partial periods unless required by law)
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
